For 10+ years, I've worked with individuals and couples of all backgrounds. As a general outpatient counselor, I have helped individuals with such problems as depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders and dissociative disorders. I have also specialized in couples counseling and relationship issues including communication problems, relationship strenghtening and anger management. I believe people basically just want to be happy. And whether your problems seem really big or really little, I'm interested in helping you get where you'd like to be in life.
