Rachel obtained her Masters of Arts degree in Counseling from St. Edwards University in December of 2011 and opened her private practice under the name of Excelerated Living in May of 2012.  Her mission statement “Living a life excelerated and in the spirit of excellence” speaks to her perspective of life both personally and professionally.  Rachel’s career also includes extensive work in the Human Resources field working with employee relations, performance and behaviors.
