Reba McEntire is a legend. Is there a more likable lady in music? She is the undisputed queen of country music. She has the second most wins for the Academy of Country Music's Top Female Vocalist Awards with seven. She is the first musician to with the Country Music Association's Female Vocalist of the Year Award four consecutive times. She also hold the record for the American Music Award's Favorite Country Female Artist with 12. She dominates country music with a smile. And don't forget television, her sitcom Reba ran from 2001 to 2007. She is a professional success in all ways. But what about her personal life? Is Reba McEntire married?
1. Charlie Battles
In 1976, Reba married Charlie Battles, a rancher and steer wrestling champion. He was ten years older than her and already had two sons. They lived on a ranch that they shared in Oklahoma. They did not have any children together. In 1987, Reba divorced Battles and moved to Nashville to pursue her music career.
2. Narvel Blackstock
Reba married her manager Narvel Blackstock, a former steel guitar player in 1989. They got married in a private ceremony on a boat on Lake Tahoe. Together, the two managed every aspect of Reba's career through Starstruck Entertainment. Reba became stepmom to Blackstock's three children: Chassidy, Shawna, and Brandon. The couple had a son together in 1990 and named him Shelby Steven McEntire Blackstock. Reba and Narvel separated in the summer of 2015 and their divorce was final in October 2015.
3. Her relation to Kelly Clarkson
Reba's stepson Brandon Blackstock is married to Kelly Clarkson. In 2013, McEntire commented on the couple's upcoming nuptials saying that she was, "Thrilled to death, to have my buddy as my daughter-in-law. I mean, who could ask for more?"
4. Living her best life
Reba is currently dating Anthony "Skeeter" Lasauzzo. They met in 2017 while Reba was vacationing with friends in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Reba's friends Barbara and Kix Brooks invited Kix's best friend's wife's brother to show them around. That person turned out to be Lasauzzo, a retired geologist and photographer. The foursome had a good time. Reba returned to Wyoming not long after and Lasauzzo asked her out on a date. They've been together ever since. Reba and Skeeter made their public debut as a couple at the 2018 Grammys.
5. Kennedy Center Honors
Last month, Reba was honored at the 2018 Kennedy Center Honors. Kelly Clarkson performed as part of the tribute to Reba. Before she sang Fancy, Kelly said: "Thank you so much, Reba, for listening to me vent as an artist," she says in the video above. "Thank you so much for comforting me on the phone through my tears like a friend and thank you for being a really rad grandma for my kids."
