Who Is Dina Manzo's Fiancé? New Details On David Cantin

They survived a home invasion together.

Who is Dina Manzo's fiancé? The Real Housewives of New Jersey Alum is happily engaged again following her divorce from ex-husband Tommy Manzo. We didn't get to see her relationship with Manzo on screen at all — he preferred to not be on the show — but there was plenty of speculation in advance of the divorce that the marriage wasn't the happiest and involved infidelity.

But good news! Dina has found love again with David Cantin and seems to be head-over-heels in love with her new beau and there's been chatter that they're finally going to tie the knot soon:

Here is what we know so far about David Cantin and their relationship.

1. Dina says they got engaged almost immediately.

"We’ve always been engaged," the 46-year-old told Jeff Lewis on his SiriusXM radio show "We got engaged once, early in our relationship, and then we both realized it was way too early. And then we got engaged again last year."

2. Dina says the wedding will not be publicized.

She said it would be "small" and that fans will "learn about it after" it happens. Hmm, could it have already happened? "Our life is a honeymoon," she said. "We don’t do a lot of traveling, but we are definitely in the honeymoon phase."

3. Some people thought Dina was a homewrecker.

Cantin had been married before and went through a separation with his ex-wife. Some people blamed Dina. But he set the record straight after people thought he cheated with Dina. "I’ve been separated for more than a year and met Dina after that separation. I filed for divorce in January.”

4. He 's a successful entrepreneur.

At age 20, he was earning $300,000 as one of the youngest finance managers in the car business and he would eventually go on to become co-owner of one of the largest car dealerships in the world.

5. A source says he's Dina's "sugar daddy".

“{He is her} sugar-daddy. He’s the one who’s put her up in California. She lived in Malibu for a while but now she’s in Beverly Hills and he’s paying the bills. He flies out to be with her and stays at her place and she goes back and forth between California and New York a lot to see him. She stays in a hotel when she visits.”

6. They went through a traumatic home invasion.

According to NBC 4 New York, Manzo and Cantin walked into their home in Holmdel on Saturday night to discover two men wearing masks. Sources and law enforcement officials report that the men had broken in shortly before the couple’s arrival. The men then rushed towards them, hitting Cantin with a baseball bat several times and punching Manzo in the face. The couple was then bound together in their home, as the men ransacked the house for valuables. The names of Manzo and Cantin were initially withheld by officials, but NBC 4 New York confirmed it was indeed the celebrity couple.

7. Cantin is a cancer survivor.

He was diagnosed with leukemia several years ago and is a pediatric cancer survivor. He says Dina is a big part of why he's healthy and happy now. “I’m in full remission and as healthy as you are but yes, Dina was there for me through some difficult times and she helped me through them.”
