Who Is Sandra Bullock's Boyfriend? New Details On Bryan Randall And The Rumors They've Split

Ever since her divorce from Jesse James, all we’ve ever wanted for Sandra Bullock is to be happy. She’s made us roll over in laughter over the years while gracing us with her presence on the big screen, so it’s only natural we’d want her to have true, lasting love.

And the good news is she's finally found it — or has she? Who is Sandra Bullock's boyfriend?

Here are a few things to know about photographer Bryan Randall, including why the couple sleeps in separate beds, and what that means for the future of their relationship.

1. Who is Sandra Bullock's boyfriend? He’s from Portland, Oregon.

Though he now lives in California, he’s actually from the Pacific Northwest, but attended high school in Pennsylvania. And people in Portland are already joyful that Randall is dating Bullock. Word sure spreads when you’re from the West Coast, huh?

2. He’s sober.

Randall was arrested for DUI in 1990. He pled guilty and served four days in jail as well as two years of probation. And last year, he celebrated 13 years of sobriety. In August 2018, the two celebrated with a chocolate cake that said “Lucky 13.” Good for him!

3. He’s a photographer.

He owns his own company called Bryan Randall Photography, and has worked in Los Angeles as a professional photographer for roughly 9 years. He’s also a partner of The Actor’s Company, where he takes headshots for aspiring actors.

According to the site, “He brings his artistic instinct and compassion for actors to every shot he takes, which is why he is one of the most hard-working and sought-after photographers in this town.

4. But Randall has also been a model.

Before he became a photographer behind the camera, he was out in front of it. He posed in menswear and sunglasses for Saint Laurent, has been featured in Vogue Paris and appeared alongside Cindy Crawford in a 2011 spread for Harper's Bazaar Singapore. Talk about being a major hunk.

5. They may have made plans to get married, but never did.

In 2016, Bullock and Randall had made plans to secretly get married and were even "fleshing out a prenup," according to a source. The source also revealed that Bullock wanted it to be "top secret."

However, in 2017, those plans eventually fell apart as Bullock wanted to make sure Randall was the right man for her. “She’s definitely put the brakes on things until she’s sure this is the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with,” a source said at the time.

6. He’s a family man and is helping Sandra raise her kids.

It’s been said that Bullock’s kids absolutely love Randall, and that he’s helping her raise her two adopted children, Louis, 9, and Laila, 6. What more could these kids ask for?

Randall also has a daughter of his own from a previous relationship named Skylar. And Randall is very close with his own family. A family friend revealed, “He’s a great guy and had a great family life growing up. His parents are amazing people. Everyone is really proud of him for being a talented photographer and model.”

7. Randall and Bullock may be trying to expand their brood.

But raising Bullock’s children as well as his own daughter doesn’t mean the couple isn’t wanting to add another child into the mix. The couple reportedly want more children together, whether it’s by adoption or surrogacy.

A source said that Randall “has taken on the role of raising the two kids with Sandra and he's talking about wanting more children.” How sweet!

8. He’s been linked to other celebrities.

This isn’t his first Hollywood romance, believe it or not. He previously dated 29-year-old Paris St. John, daughter of the late soap opera actor Kristoff St. John and ex-wife, Mia St. John.

9. He’s an all-around great guy.

In 2015, Mia St. John revealed, “He is kooky, goofy — he's so funny and very young at heart. He's a free spirit. Bryan couldn't care less about money. He could live off the land.”

And although her daughter is no longer with the photographer, she has nothing but good things to say about him, especially after the suicide of her son. She started the Mia St. John Foundation to help people with mental illness in the wake of her son's death.

She said, “Bryan saw good in my son. He did so much for my son and my program. Bryan was one of our mentors; he would volunteer, drive two hours every week from L.A. to Palm Springs, just to work with these guys for free in honor of my son. He donated his time to the foundation for six months or so.”

10. Bullock and Randall have a separate sleeping arrangement.

Obviously, Bullock is very serious about her sleep schedule! So serious, in fact, that she usually incorporates it into all of her relationships, which led to rumors that the couple's relationship in jeopardy. But it's mostly likely just a quirk of Bullock's.

A source disclosed that, “Getting a full night’s sleep is almost a religion for Sandra. And separate sleeping arrangements have been a must for her in every relationship she’s been in, including her marriage [to ex Jesse James].”

The source also noted how sleeping in separate beds is "part of her standard operating procedure, and something Bryan has to go along with like it or not." They also revealed that Randall is a "night owl" who goes to bed very late.
