When celebrities play that "Who's a slut? Who's a whore?" game, what they're really asking is, "Who's starved for attention?" And then they should raise their own hands. It usually just implies that they need their name in a headline and don't have anything else to offer in order to get press, so they s*it on others to increase their own Google alerts.
Of course, slut-shaming isn't limited to the rich and famous. Everyday people do it, well, everyday. And that's so stupid. Like, really stupid.
Let's rip off the BandAid: Slut-shaming is lame. It is. If your only insult about someone is how much sex he or she has — or, rather, how much sex you're assuming he or she has — then you need to work harder. You also need to get a life (and maybe a sex life) of your own and stop worrying about the alleged promiscuity of others who have absolutely nothing to do with you.
Here are a few stars who need to get off their high horses, and maybe need to get laid, in terms of their slut-shaming of others. Get over yourselves, kids.
18. Chris Brown
Chris Brown has an entire song dedicated to how hos ain't loyal. He recently fathered a child out of wedlock after cheating on Karrueche Tran for the umpteenth time. I don't know how to spell that out any further for you.
2. Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran and Ellie Goulding were reportedly dating, though not exclusively, when she hooked up with someone else (reportedly Niall Horan of One Direction). Instead of getting pissed at both parties, Sheeran took it out solely on Goulding in his hit song "Don't," singing, "I never saw him as a threat, ’til you disappeared with him to have sex of course ... if I show courtesy and respect to someone, I expect to receive it." He later explained to Billboard, "I was seeing someone for a bit of time, and then they ended up physically involved with one of my friends in the same hotel that we were staying in, while I was downstairs,” he said. “And I feel like: Treat people how you want to be treated."
3. Joan Rivers
After Chelsea Handler crossed Joan Rivers in an interview, the comedy legend fired back on Howard Stern's show. "[Handler] made it on her back, f*cking the president [of E!] … we all know how she got there," Rivers spewed, adding, "She's fine, she's ordinary, she's not a genius. She's a drunk. Don't you come after me, you whore."
4. Jordin Sparks
At the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, host Russell Brand joked about the Jonas Brothers' purity rings. This didn't sit well with American Idol winner Jordin Sparks, who snapped, "I just have one thing to say about promise rings. It's not bad to wear a promise ring, because not everybody — guy or girl — wants to be a slut." She later explained, "I wish I would've worded it differently — that somebody who doesn't wear a promise ring isn’t necessarily a slut — but I can't take it back now. It was a split-second thing, and it came out kind of wrong. Still, I don't regret it."
5+6. Khloe and Rob Kardashian
Khloe Kardashian recently started a Twitter war with Amber Rose, Kanye West's ex, mocking her for being a stripper at 15 to feed her family and conveniently forgetting that her entire family's fame stemmed from big sis Kim's sex video. Rose countered, "Me being a dancer at such a young age, dealing with older men gave me the humility and knowledge to speak on such a subject. But I can understand why it came across the wrong way to her."
Khloe's beloved brother, Rob Kardashian, also is a fan of slut shaming, both his exes (calling Rita Ora "Rita Whora") and his own sisters, often calling Kim Kardashian a whore.

9. Michael B. Jordan
When asked if he'd respect a woman who had sex on the first date, Michael B. Jordan responded, "No. No ... Maybe ... but a little less." That's okay, Mike. Most women feel the same about you from your choice in roles.
10. Patricia Heaton
Everybody loves Raymond, but not many people love Patricia Heaton after her insane tirade at Sandra Fluke over birth control. Heaton went on a Twitter rampage, writing, "G-Gal: you've given yer folks great gift for Mother's/Father's Day! Got up in front of whole world & said I'm having tons of sex- pay 4 it!" and "Hey G-Town: stop buying toothpaste, soap, and shampoo! You'll save money, and no one will want to sleep with you!" She later apologized, because, well, look at that nonsense.
11. Rashida Jones
Rashida Jones, who conveniently and often forgets she's famous because her dad is Quincy Jones, went on a Twitter rant against female starlets, including the gem, "This week's celeb news takeaway: she who comes closest to showing the actual inside of her vagina is most popular." When she came under fire for slut-shaming, Jones was contrite, penning an essay for Glamour begging us to forgive her and keep her relevant.
12. Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez, who had a rocky on-again-off-again relationship with Justin Bieber even after he frequented brothels, likes to point fingers at other women's behavior. "I get it all day, every day. I'm not sexy enough, or I'm not cool enough, or if I did this I would be accepted," she told her tween concert audience in 2013. "Let me tell you one thing: The sexiest thing…is class." Fair enough we suppose. A few months later, Gomez bailed on her tour to go to rehab for a few days and hang out with Justin Bieber again. Time to practice what you preach, sweetie.
13. Taylor Swift
Until somewhat recently, one of Taylor Swift's trademarks, other than a slew of ex-boyfriends and struggling vocals, was slut-shaming in her lyrics. For example, in "Better Than Revenge," Swift croaks, "She's an actress / But she's better known for the things that she does on the mattress." However, now that she herself has been slut-shamed in the media, she doesn't like it, telling Cosmopolitan, "My girlfriends and I talk a lot about feminism and the inequality between the way men and women are talked about. The kind of things we say are: 'Why is it mischievous, fun and sexy if a guy has a string of lovers that he's cast aside, loved and left? Yet if a woman dates three or four people in an eight-year period she is a serial dater and it gives some 12-year-old the idea to call her a slut on the internet?' It's not the same for boys, it just isn't and that's a fact."
14. Terrence Howard
Terrence Howard tole Elle, "If a relationship is built on sexuality, it won't last long. Now I'm completely chaste through a relationship unless I get married. I don't believe in premarital sex. It enabled me to date three or four women at the same time, because as long as I wasn't having sex with them, I could always just walk away. There were some [past girlfriends] who pushed for sex, and sometimes they won. Afterward, I would feel unclean, like I'd compromised my own values. So I would have to let them go because they didn't help me to be a stronger person." He also noted another dealbreaker: "Toilet paper — and no baby wipes — in the bathroom. If they're using dry paper, they aren't washing all of themselves. It's just unclean. So if I go in a woman's house and see the toilet paper there, I'll explain this. And if she doesn't make the adjustment to baby wipes, I'll know she's not completely clean." The interviewer added that "He then made a comment that women who expose their 'titties' to the public have no right to get angry if people — maybe him? — make remarks about it. He said something like 'What's worse, someone exposing themselves or someone commenting on it? Who committed the first sin?'" Cool story bruh. Also, die in a fire.
15. Wiz Khalifa
Wiz Khalifa is another Amber Rose ex who has issues with her sexuality, despite his cheating on her with twins. Twins. At the same time. On Juicy J's song "For Everybody," Khalifa grumbles, "I fell in love with a stripper / Funny thing is I fell back out of love quicker / They don't pay attention to the love anyway / They only concerned with what the haters say / Bottles be turning these girls into thots / Instagram turning these wives into hos."
16. Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon took cheap shots at hacker victims during the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, saying, "I get it, girls, that it's cool to be a bad girl. But it is possible to make it in Hollywood without doing a reality show. When I came up in the business, if you made a sex tape, you were embarrassed and you hid it under your bed. And if you took naked pictures of yourself on your cellphone, you hide your face, people! Hide your face!" Dang. Her tongue is almost as sharp as her chin. If only she also pointed out that selling and exposing that sort of footage is wrong, too. She was probably too busy dressing up and then getting mad at being asked about her outfit. Or telling cops she's pregnant when she's just drunk and obnoxious. You know, the usual.
17. Pink
Pink poked fun at fellow starlets' sexual exploits in her music video for "Stupid Girls."
1. Chrissy Teigen
Chrissy Teigen, who poses wearing next-to-nothing for a living, received quite a bit of backlash for calling Farrah Abraham, star of Teen Mom and then Back Door Teen Mom, a whore. Apparently the only good whore is an attention whore. Those are totally acceptable.
