The countdown to the last season of Parks and Recreation, a show we totally love, has begun, and it is "literally" the saddest we have ever felt, ever. Last season we said goodbye to Ann Perkins and Chris Traeger, which was hard, but now we have to say good bye to Leslie, April, Tom, Andy and yes, we are even going to miss Jerry/Larry/Garry/Terry.
However, it's important to remember everything we've learned from them and from breakfast foods. Over the past six years we have learned so much about what it’s like to live in the 4th most obese city in America, we've learned how to take care of business and we've even learned the most important lessons in swagger. But after this last season we will have to remember all these lessons forever, and make sure that every February 13 is dedicated to Leslie Knope and Galentine's day.
In honor of the last six seasons we have put together a list of all the important things that the Pawnee parks department has taught us over the years. So as we prepare our emotions for the premiere of season 7 on January 13, here are 17 important life and love lessons to remember from the greatest show on earth in literally the greatest town on earth, Parks and Recreation.
1. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Ron Swanson and Leslie Knope have proved that you can't live without waffles and bacon.
