Celebs Show Their Love For The East Coast, Put On Benefit Concert

Hurricane Sandy benefit

The music industry's biggest stars are using their love for their homeland by coming together to host a much-needed Hurricane Sandy benefit concert to assist in the relief of the awful disaster that swept the East Coast this past week.

Jersey Boys Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi are set to perform at the event, as well as Christina Aguilera, Sting and Long Island native Billy Joel. We can also expect appearances by NBC regulars Jimmy Fallon, Matt Lauer, Brian Williams and Tiny Fey. Speaking of Fallon, he told Watch What Happens Live! host Andy Cohen that Lady Gaga may even stop by!

Titled Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together, the last-minute telethon will air tonight on all of NBC Universal's channels, including NBC, Bravo, CNBC, E!, G4, MSNBC, Style, Syfy and USA. Other networks are welcome and encouraged to air the benefit too, which will take place from the sixth floor of NBC's 30 Rock Building.

All the money raised will be donated to the American Red Cross to help provide food, shelter and more to the millions affected. You can make a $10 contribution to the cause right now by texting "REDCROSS" to 90999. Or find out more information at www.redcross.org.

Tell Us: How were you affected by Hurricane Sandy? Will you be watching the benefit show?
