21-year-old Henry Hopper is being sued for rape by an unidentified minor and her mother.

Dennis Hopper's son, Henry Hopper, 21, has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl after he plied her with alcohol and drugs. The young actor, who starred in Gus Van Sant's Restless, is being sued by the mother of the now 16-year-old girl whose identity has been kept under wraps.

According to TMZ, Jane Doe (as she's being referred to in this case) and her lawyer claim that Hopper "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her" numerous times at his home in Venice, CA. TMZ clarifies that the specific allegations are "sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy." This is shocking and horrible to learn.

The pair apparently met on Facebook through mutual friends, at which point Hopper invited the teen to his home. According to TMZ, the suit makes it unclear if "Jane Doe" ever reported the incidents to the police before revealing the events to her mom. A Look Back At The Many Marriages Of Dennis Hopper

In the case, Jane Doe's lawyer claims that young Hopper "preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth and vulnerability."

Doe's mother has claimed her daughter has suffered injuries to her emotional health and well-being. She's suing for an amount that has not been revealed, and the Hopper camp is not speaking at this time about the allegations.

We hope both parties eventually find the truth and come to some sort of peace.
