Bryce Dallas Howard Welcomes New Baby Girl

'The Help' actress and her family couldn't be more excited for their new addition!

Bryce Dallas Howard and husband Seth Gabel welcomed their second child into the world on Thursday, according to People.

News of the new addition broke when Bryce's ecstatic father, director Ron Howard, tweeted Sunday: "Beatrice Jean Howard-Gabel Born Jan 19 2012 8lbs 6oz Bryce & Baby B are spectacular Daddy Seth & brother Theo are beaming ear to ear :-) "

Bryce, who has openly talked about her struggles with pregnancy and post partum depression, confessed to MovieFanatic that her pregnancies have made her very sick. The talented actress told the site, “When I was feeling so sick and throwing up ten times a day, I was having a bit of a tough time with that. But just two weeks ago it was like a light went off and I just feel fantastic." Who Were 2011's Most Amazing Celebrity Moms?

In August the proud new mom told Jay Leno that her son Theo has predicted his future sibling and playmate would be a girl. Although mom and dad knew the sex of the baby, they kept the surprise for the 4-year-old.

Also congratulating the family was director M. Night Shyamalan, who is hopeful the baby girl will be a talented actress just like mom Bryce. He tweeted at Grandfather Ron Howard, "Ron, tell Bryce congratulations from our whole family. I'll be waiting to cast Beatrice in a few years! :-) "

We are excited to see if this baby girl will be as talented as her famous fans think she will be!
