Reese Witherspoon's Agent Boyfriend Moves In

Buzz, Love

Reese is ready to shack up with her Jake replacement.

Reese Witherspoon and her boyfriend of four months, agent Jim Toth, are ready to live together, according to an Us Weekly source. The source says Reese and Jim are "talking about moving in together" because they "don't want to spend any time apart." Oh. Well then. That means wedding bells, obvs.

Reese, the mother of two kids with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, split up with Jake Gyllenhaal in December and was later linked briefly with Gerard Butler, but she's been quietly exclusive with Jim since February. Jim has been a regular fixture at Reese's son Deacon's soccer games, and they attended Colin Hanks's wedding to publicist Samantha Bryant two weeks ago together. "Jim pulled her in close and kissed her on the lips and cheek and then gave her a long hug," a source told Us after the wedding. "Watching other people say their vows really brought out the love in them. They were very sweet and affectionate." The 5 Most Extravagant Celebrity Weddings

Given that Reese's kids are in school—Deacon is six and daughter Ava is ten—it makes sense that if shacking up is to be done, it'll be at her place. Us reports that Reese owns a home in L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood and another in Ojai, about an hour and a half north of the city.

Reese is also quite trendy, bringing an agent as her arm candy. Britney Spears recently fired her agent boyfriend, Jason Trawick, reportedly because she wanted to focus on their personal relationship rather than the business side. But then she went bananas again and cut off all her hair, so who knows what's up with that. On the saner side, Hilary Swank has been dating her agent, John Campisi, since 2006, and Alyssa Milano married agent David Bugliari last year. There must be something about that fifteen percent that the ladies like.

It's worth pointing out, though, that Jim isn't Reese's agent; she's been with CAA power player Bryan Lourd (fun fact: Carrie Fisher's ex, who left her for a man) since 2007. But Jim does also work at CAA (which we think is why he and Reese were at the Hanks wedding. CAA reps Colin's dad, Tom. And, you know, everyone else who is famous). So that is...probably not hurting his career any.
