Former Playmate regrets giving intimate details in recent interview.
Ever had one of those mornings where you wake up and realize that you shared a little too much information when you didn’t really mean to do so? Former Playmate and Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend Kendra Wilkinson spilled a little too much about her relationship with the Playboy mogul and life in the infamous mansion to Us Magazine and she’s really regretting it. In an interview with E! News, Kendra admits, "I'm more upset at myself with what I said. I'm really bad at interviews, and anyone who knows me knew I meant no harm... I'm a goofball. Mostly, I'm very sorry to have hurt Hef. Playboy made me who I am, and Hef has done more for me than anyone else." What could have caused a fuss? Here are some of the things she said:
• "There were romantic times, but I never saw a future with us, and I always knew it was gonna end, so I had to plan for my future. I never stopped hanging out with my guy friends. I had to have sex every now and then, so I had to kind of sneak it."
• "He has all these guys who are all the same exact age as him, and it was like, Oh, my God, I have to sit here and talk to all these 80-year-old men who I don't relate to? I was going crazy."
• "I feel like it would be more appropriate if I ask my brother to walk me down the aisle... No offense to Hef. Of course I want him at my wedding, but I'm ready to be done with Playboy. I'm ready to be a classier woman, a wife and a mom."
• At first I felt Holly [Madison] and Bridget [Marquardt] hated me... We were never best friends, but it was cool getting to know them."
Kendra reportedly felt so badly after the interviews that she went to the mansion personally to apologize. She says that Hef was hurt but he understands. Kendra is scheduled to marry Hank Bassett of the Philadelphia Eagles in June.
We’re not sure about whether the sneaking out for sex will continue, but she might consider hiring a PR person who can give interviews on her behalf next time. Wonder if the new girls will have to sign non-disclosure agreements moving forward...
