I am a trusted coach and counselor who has helped hundreds of couples and individual adults to repair their relationships, to like themselves better and to enjoy life more. I bring over 19 years professional experience to my work and I practice my relationship strategies at home on my husband Jack before bringing them to clients in her office. “I have to make sure they work!”
I’ve lived in Rockford, IL for nine years and owned Brynwood Relationship Counseling. In addition, I have owned successful counseling practices in Washington State and Naperville, Illinois. I’ve also served as Director of Small Group Ministries for First United Methodist Church in Wenatchee, Washington. I am a Licensed Counselor (LCPC), a certified Imago Relationship Therapist and a professional member of the Illinois Counseling Association and American Mental Health Counselors Association.
I have served on the following local boards: past-president of the The Literacy Council, vice president of the Women’s Art Board, policy chair for Rockford Network of Professional Women and Winnebago County Sheriff’s Commission.
When I am not working, you can find me on the golf course, reading a mystery novel, trying a new gourmet recipe to share with family & friends and then at the gym to burn up the extra calories.
