Are you anxious or apprehensive? No need to be. As a relationship and life coach for over 3 years, I know that a coach/client relationship thrives through regular interaction and support. But I never push my clients beyond their needs in the here and now. My coaching is action-oriented and focuses on the difference between where the client is and where they want to be. Together, we will get you there as quickly as your comfort level will allow. Whatever you decide to take on, I will support your decision.
