Let us set the scene for you: Hazy lighting, a stripped stage complete with backing band, an introduction from Nirvana's Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, and Jimmy Fallon all decked out in rocker garb with a blond fringe, 1980s style.
It doesn't get any sexier than that.
Rather than just sing a cover of 1980s hit "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around", Fallon decided to take it a step further by recreating the music video with famed songstress Stevie Nicks, channeling his inner Tom Petty on The Tonight Show. Seeing as it's no secret that we have a thing for lead singers, we have to say that it was pretty great watching Jimmy Fallon give just as good as he got.
Having Nirvana's Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic introduce the act was even more fitting. With so many legends in one room, we're surprised that the stage didn't collapse in the presence of music royalty:
