TODD CREAGER, MARRIAGE AND SEX THERAPIST
THE LONG, HOT MARRIAGE
- What's your sign, baby? We'll know when you tell us your birthday.
I am a marriage and sex therapist who has helped thousands of couples in my 27 years of private practice. Here is my key philosophy about human beings in relationships: We are all far more capable of having phenomenal relationships than we have shown so far. That is because our role models are our parent, grandparents, etc. Through no fault of their own, they have not shown us (through their own lives) or trained us to have the “emotional muscle” it takes to be two loving passionate adults in our intimate relationships. It is nobody’s fault. It is just time to evolve.
I was trained in Human Sexuality in a post graduate one year program through the UCLA School of Medicine from 1991-1992. Also, I am the author of The Long, Hot Marriage, a book I recently completed that concentrates solely on immediate, creative, and powerful to greatly improve all aspects of your relationship. The Long, Hot Marriage has been endorsed by notable authors such as John Gray, author of “Men are From Mars, Women are from Venus,” and Harville Hendrix, author of “Getting the Love You Want” and a frequent guest on the Oprah Winfrey show.
Whether doing therapy, speaking or consulting, my constant feedback is that I elicit trust from others. People feel safe talking to me about important matters and I seem to have a talent for helping people overcome their resistance to positive change.
I have been on TV, radio and published in magazines and newspaper articles. Whether it is being the Life Coach on a TV reality dance show or being quoted in an article for Valentine’s Day, I do my best to make sure that my caring and wisdom comes through to others.
I live in Orange County, CA with my wife of 25 years and my two daughters, ages 16 and 13.
