Another Hollywood marriage goes bust, and, this time, it's not over a secret love child. (At least, as far as we know.) After 14 years of marriage, actors Tea Leoni and David Duchovny have separated again, reports People Magazine.
"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months," their reps confirmed in a statement. "The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."
Seriously, everyone and their mom is hooking up with their exes this week.
Adorable Purina pitchman David Duchovny and his estranged wife, Téa Leoni, have decided to give their 11-year marriage another chance, Star Pulse reports. To commemorate their reunion, they've gotten matching ring-finger tattoos (which aren't always a good idea, y'all) in lieu of new wedding rings, since Duchovny hates wearing a metal ring.
"I hate wearing the metal because I bang it everywhere and hurt myself," he said. "We made a compromise and I said, 'If I get a tattoo, can I take the ring off?' She liked it and went out and got one for herself."

And we thought everything was dandy with the couple, despite Duchovny being treated for sex addiction in September and rumors of a romance between Billy Bob Thornton and Tea Leoni. (Quite an odd pair, if I don't say so myself.) Allegedly, Duchovny and Leoni didn't want to make the separation because they were trying to protect their children. Fair enough.
Weird. It looks like David Duchovny is admitting the first step: he has a problem with sex. Not the kind of problem that would require Viagra, more like the kind of problem that would require counseling. It turns out that he's a sex addict just like his character Hank Moody.
