A good night's sleep appears to trump great sex for Westin guests.
Sleep is one of the most important for maintaining one's health. And it is so important that a survey of Westin hotel guests say they prefer a good night's sleep to a great session of sex. Some people are surprised by the sleep over sex results but they should remember that it's often business travelers who travel so frequently.

Improve your relationship with Apple's latest smart phone.
Yesterday, Apple premiered the latest incarnation of its smart phone line, the iPhone 3G S. Featuring a faster processor, more space and a bevy of new capabilities, the public is already buzzing about the June 19 release date. However, if you're still hesitant on whether or not to take the technological leap, here are five ways having a new iPhone may even improve your love life.
Okay, this is just hilarious, and downright clever. Now that it's become clear that having the ability to contact anyone, anywhere and at anytime with the push of a teeny tiny "Send" button on our cell phones can lead to a few, ahem, embarrassing encounters and red-faced blunders, Apple has come up with an app...just for that. Its purpose is to keep us from dialing the numbers of exes, or even crushes, who we know, in the light of day, we should not be calling.
Sex is kinda like a cell phone. You can live without it, but in the end, would you really want to? Like our cell phones, we all end up taking what we can get in a pinch. We may not be happy with the phone (or person) we choose, but sometimes anything can be better than nothing.
Download these applications and let your iPhone mutter the sweet nothings.
iPhone has some seriously cool stuff for this year's Valentine's Day that's more cool/clever, than contrived/cliche. The Candy Valentine application allows you to send a graphic of a candy heart with a personal inscripted message. You get a limited amount of characters, but four lines to pen any phrase you want. Apple even gives you 17 colors to choose from and a wide selection of candy backgrounds. iDesire for either an iPhone or iTouch, is sort of like a technological version of Naughty Bedroom Dice. The user shakes (yes, shakes) the device and waits for the two arrows to land on a PG body part (lips, cheek, ears, neck, navel, leg) and an action (kiss, touch, lick, pinch, etc.). LoveQuotes includes a library of romantic, poetic quotes where you can shake (shake that iPhone again!) and get a fresh t.s. eliot or William Blake sweet nothing to send to your new squeeze.
iPhone excuses, fewer affairs, lost love letters found and homosexual high school.
Tough times calls for tough cut backs. According to The Wealth Report, a new survey shows that more than 80% of multimillionaires who had extramarital affairs plan to cut back on gifts and allowances for their lovers. 12% of the cheating multimillionaires polled said they plan to give up on their lovers altogether for financial reasons. Sounds like good news for wives of multimillionaires!
Yesterday, Match.com reported that its members have officially exchanged over one billion winks, according the WSJ’s Market Watch. (Winks are used to flirt virtually without resorting to formal e-mail introduction. Read more about Match.com here.)
The Detroit News reports that a love triangle may be responsible for a fatal fire. The 71-year-old whose home was destroyed by the flames suggested to police that an ex-girlfriend and neighbor–now in custody–may have caused the fire. Sadly, the fire took the life of the homeowner’s new girlfriend.
An enterprising young man named Claude proposed to his girlfriend Doris in an interesting way. Instead of using an electronic sign at the ball game, he created a mock iPhone commercial. Points for originality. See attached video.
