Citing no scientific basis for his statements, iconic shoe designer Christian Louboutin recently said: "What is sexual in a high heel is the arch of the foot, because it is exactly the position of a woman's foot when she orgasms."
It is almost like a right of passage to summer. Simply because a pair of sexy shoes has been strapped on to a pair of lowly feet, BAM, those feet become the main object of sexual attraction.
