His engagement to Kyla Weber may be forcing the Swingers star to become a grown-up.
"Our little boy's all grows up cause you grows up and you grows up and you grows up." It looks like old Vince Vaughn is channeling his alter ego Double Down (from Swingers, der) and getting all grows up. In addition to being engaged to Kyla Weber (a Canadian realtor, we're obligated to mention her nationality and occupation), Double V is talking about kids. The 39-year old actor told People, "It's the first time that I really want to have kids." Read: Vince Vaughn Appears To Be Engaged

Katherine Heigl spotted out shopping for baby stroller with hubby.
Paging Dr. Izzie Stevens, we may have a baby on the way.
According to AceShowBiz.com, Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley were spotted out in Beverly Hills on Saturday shopping for a baby stroller. Paparazzi caught the couple outside high-end baby boutique Bel Bambini. The Grey's Anatomy actress was wearing a loose tunic dress—perfect for hiding an emerging baby bump. And to top it off, Heigl had a lollipop in her mouth instead of her usual cigarette.
But as much as this recent outing has fueled pregnancy rumors, neither Josh or Katherine have confirmed or denied the speculation.

It looks like Brad Pitt was the impetus for having kids.
We did not see that coming. According to The New York Daily News, it was Brad Pitt that wanted more kids, not Angelina Jolie. It looks like the Oscar winner, UN best bud, and pan galactic adopter thought in her 20s that she was never, ever going to have to push babies out of her own body. Back in those heady days of the early 21st century, no one who was anyone was having their own babies. It was like wearing a "Where's The Beef" t-shirt and a trucker hat non-ironically. There were … Read More
Buying real estate forces Audrey to internally face some questions.
Hoo boy, things have been a little heavy around the old Ference-Smith house of late. See, I've come into some money. Which is awesome. But it has changed the conversation about buying an apartment from, "I'd really love to buy someday when we've saved enough for a down payment" to, "OK, now, what's this whole mortgage thing again?"
Which is a little scary. I mean, I do want to buy an apartment. Like a lot. After this spring's getting kicked out of our place debacle, I look forward to living somewhere that I am in control of. And unlike many … Read More
A Harvard professor uses numbers to show that kids are a pain.
Crap. The secret is out. This is really something that you're not supposed to tell people that haven't had kids yet. But, according to News.co.au, Harvard educator Daniel Gilbert done spilled the beans.
In a speech to the 'Happiness and its Causes' conference in Sydney, Gilbert said, "In reality ... children do seem to increase happiness as long as you're expecting them, but as soon as you have them, trouble sets in." Cripesicord, dude doesn't pull any punches. Gilbert goes on to compare having kids to purchasing really expensive socks and sums up with his argument with the statement … Read More
It was just report that in the UK more children are now born out of wedlock...
Britain just passed the 50/50 mark on children born in wedlock versus out of it. Thirty years ago less than 10% of children were born to unmarried parents in the UK. Now more than 50% of children are ‘illegitimate’ on the island. Things are making more sense now. Yesterday (Click Here For The Dish From December 13th), we did a Dish on a potential effort to make birth control available over the counter in the UK. Combined with this data and the recent efforts to create tax advantages for married parents, it looks like … Read More
