It appears that Rihanna is ready to move on from the Chris Brown incident, although the singer is prepared to testify if she is requested. Her attorney Donald Etra has said, "She is planning to do everything that the law requires her to do. If she is required to testify, she will do so." He added that Rihanna is ready for the whole incident to be over, stating, "The fact is, Rihanna desires that it be quick and expeditious. She wants to get back to her life and her career."

Criminal charges filed and more details have come to light.
A quick update on the Chris Brown case: the singer was charged with two felonies Thursday in regards to the February 8th assault. We just reported that questions continue to arise as to whether or not the singer tipped paparazzi off to the location of his reunion with Rihanna in Miami this weekend and now it appears that the couple will have to deal with the criminal charges that have come from the allegations. Chris faces charges for assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and criminal threats and will be arraigned this afternoon.

Today's weird sex news comes from Australia, where police are hunting for a man who broke into three sex shops, had sex with a blow-up doll named "Jungle Jane," and left the dolls in an alley near the stores. Are background checks necessary?
Reps in Florida and New Jersey think so. According to the sun-sentinel.com, NJ has passed legislation requiring online dating sites to disclose their background check policies, and Florida is attempting to pass a bill that would require sites to prominently post whether they required background checks and how they are performed.
Action has been taken in response to an increase in fraud. A high-risk target: lonely, widowed women with healthy savings accounts. (No offense Florida, but you do have a ton of, um, older folks, so we’d be watching out for them, too.)
