Study says bisexual women are more likely to suffer from depression and alcoholism.
Think being bisexual is a fun, carefree walk in the park? Bisexuals often feel rejected by both the straight and the LGBT community, and that feeling of not fitting in appears to be strongest with bisexual women.
60 percent of women are attracted to other women. Are you one of them?
Like most women, I have no shame in admitting that I find other females attractive. I have even admitted to being open to experimentation ("Of course I would sleep with Halle Berry! It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity"). For women, it's perfectly acceptable to be a little bi-curious (cue every male fantasy), and according to the latest research, it's the norm.
Study confirms bisexuality exists, reversing a 2005 study with opposite results.
A new Northwestern University study has found evidence to support the existence of bisexual men, a sharp contrast to a 2005 study from the same university that reported opposite results.
After years of denials, Gavin Rossdale finally admits to having sex with a cross-dressing singer.
In his 1995 memoir, Boy George shocked female fans of Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale by revealing Gavin's five-year relationship with cross-dressing pop singer, Marilyn. Just as he's gearing up to reunite with Bush, Gavin is finally confirming that the rumors are true, and explains why he wasn't honest from the beginning...
Girls and boys, rejoice! Sexy 'Inception' star Tom Hardy likes you both!
Roguishly charming Brit actor Tom Hardy (the hot-lipped scene stealer from RockNRolla and Inception) has recently soared to the top of Hollywood's hot list, and now he's making fans of both sexes very happy with an admission: you all have a shot with him. Tom recently revealed to the Daily Mail that he's had plenty of sexual experiences with men, stating, "Of course I have. I'm an actor for ****'s sake."
The True Blood hunk chats with Playboy about vampire sex, human sex and Anna Paquin's bisexuality.
TRUE BLOOD's Stephen Moyer recently gave an interview to PLAYBOY, in which he talked about everything from losing his virginity to learning to make love like a vampire to his fiancee Anna Paquin's recent announcement that she's bisexual. Here are some of our favorite excerpts...If Stephen's responses to the last three questions don't make your heart beat a little faster, you might be one of the undead.
A bicurious woman who dates men and women tells us what girl on girl is really like.
We all know a girl who says she's always been attracted to other women but has never really done anything about it, save the occasional bar make-out or session spent watching girl-on-girl porn. So why don't more women act on it?
None of this should come as a shock to any Ewan McGregor fans who have seen Velvet Goldmine and/or any of the movies in which he's flashed his William Wallace (like, 80% of his movies), but the sexy Scot recently sat down with Out magazine to discuss, among other things, the joy of kissing boys and being naked on-screen. One of those key "other things" is Ewan's new movie, I Love You Philip Morris, a "very gay" film in which he plays the lover of a con-man, played by none other than Jim Carrey.
Struggling to get beyond the lesbian stigma against bisexuals.
Some lesbians don't want to date anyone who has been near a penis. Ever. Girls who have always been gay and nothing else carry it like a badge of honor. And, frankly, I'm jealous of them. I wish it was that easy for me to figure it out. But it wasn't.
Female bisexuality seems to be more prevalent these days, at least on "The Real World: Cancun."
Watching 'The Real World: Cancun' makes me feel old for multiple reasons. 1. I am five years too old to actually be cast on the show. 2. It's so insanely vapid that I cannot actually watch a full episode, which says a lot considering I can stomach an entire marathon of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians." 3. Every single girl in the cast seems to be bisexual. Why does point three make me feel old? Well, I think I just missed the boat on the bisexuality trend. Hear me out. I believe sexuality is a spectrum and where we fall on that spectrum when we're born and how our sexuality evolves as a result of societal influence depends on the person. I also don't think it's relevant whether a person is gay, straight or bi, whether they were born that way or 'chose' that 'lifestyle,' as I don't think what goes on in a person's bedroom or romantic life is anyone's business. In the last five years or so, female bisexuality has become quite 'cool.'
