Could Ashley Madison, a site for married people who want to have affairs, be good for women?
Living out in the sticks of Western Massachusetts as I do, there are only about 40 women on the dating site I'm browsing who meet my criteria. They all live within 20 miles of me, and range in age from 24 to 60. All are married or attached, and looking for something other than what they have at home. Few have photos available, for obvious reasons. Online Dating In 8 Simple Steps

A journalist goes under cover on AshleyMadison.com to figure out why married men cheat.
The first time we met The Ashley Madison Agency was on network television during a commercial break. Amidst jingles for fabric softener and liquid eyeliner, the booming phrase "Life is too short. Cheating site takes out full page ad, chides Governor Spitzer.
A website dedicated to helping people cheat on their spouses ran a full-page ad in the New York Post cashing in on the Spitzer-hooker-cheating zeitgeist. The Canadian site called The Ashley Madison Agency purports to have 1,000,000 members. And, according to the ad, if Eliot Spitzer had used them instead of an escort service he wouldn’t have left a paper trail.
The site and ad claims that its users are discreet enough that getting caught would involve someone doing something really dumb on their own. The exact quote from the ad was, "We hate to say we told you … Read More
Straight from the cheaters' dictionary

Its slogan is “When monogamy becomes monotony.” A slew of people must be pretty bored, as they have more than a million members. Anyway, I happened upon its glossary, loaded with words (and concepts) I had yet to hear. Maybe because I’m out of the loop. Or maybe because I’m not looking to add to my collection of husbands. (I have just a single husband to date. He must be lonely.)
Anyway, my … Read More
