While it's not novel to turn personal pain into lyrics (we think the music industry is largely predicated upon this concept), for some reason we're a little surprised to see Paul McCartney doing so. The 'divorce of the century' (this century, anyways) is not quite over. Yeah, we'd reported that the Heather Mills had been awarded a $48 million settlement or so almost 2 months ago by an English court. But, apparently Mills and Paul McCartney are due back in court today. Reuters reports that the 2 are due back in court for the final declaration before Justice Hugh Bennett. Bennett, you may remember, chastised Heather Mills for being obnoxious and inaccurate during the proceedings. He's expected to grant the divorce on an 'uncontested' basis.

The documentary is basically a series of interviews with Heather Mills’ former boyfriends and a general chronicle of what she was doing before she met Sir Paul. The shows executive producer, Steve Anderson, refers to the show as "the program Sir Paul should have seen before he decided to get married." Bold statement.

Paul McCartney has been spotted with a new gal pal: Rosanna Arquette. The Beatles singer, who is in a bitter divorce battle with his ex, Heather Mills, was photographed holding hands with Arquette in London last week.

Britain's News of the World newspaper reports that McCartney had two secret dates with actress Arquette (Desperately Seeking Susan, Pulp Fiction) at his home. "It was all cloak-and-dagger stuff, but Paul couldn't resist a quick cuddle," a source told News of the World. The couple strolled the grounds of McCartney's home and "gazed into each other's eyes," the newspaper reported.

Sir Paul McCartney has slashed his divorce offer by £43 million following estranged wife Heather Mills' TV outbursts.

The Beatles legend, who is currently embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with Heather, is said to be fuming after she attacked him on several UK and US TV shows and has now offered her just £7 million.

A source said: "The war between them has just gone to a new level. Paul knows she will go all out to damage his reputation."
