Kenyan offers Hillary livestock dowry for her daughter.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Africa this week for a seven-nation diplomatic tour, accepting congratulations on her husband's skill at charming tiny dictators, and fielding marriage proposals for her daughter, Chelsea. According to the Associated Press, a Kenyan man wrote to Bill Clinton in 2000 and offered him 40 goats and 20 cows for his only daughter's hand in marriage.
At a meeting today in Kenya, CNN's Fareed Zakaria asked Hillary if she'd considered the offer. The Secretary of State graciously replied that she would pass the unnamed Kenyan fellow's proposal along to … Read More
But no one wants to pay to see Josh Hartnett naked.
There was a lot more being sold at Cannes this past Thursday night than movies, celebrity gossip, and red carpet photos of Angelina and Brad.
Among the unexpected items for sale? Bill Clinton's saxophone, kisses from Robert Pattinson, and a striptease courtesy of Josh Hartnett.
All part of the Foundation for AIDS Research (amFAR) auction to raise money and awareness for the foundation, these and other specialty items were sold for thousands, and in some cases, tens of thousands of dollars.
Pattinson's chaste kisses on the cheeks, not suprisingly, brought in more than most pre-teens make in five summers of … Read More
The National Enquirer claims to have inside info about old Clinton divorce papers.
We're usually loath to refer to anything that mentioned by the National Enquirer but they did knock that John Edwards thing into the cheap seats. But, per Celebitchy, the Natty Enquirkitor is saying that before her Senate run and subsequent presidential campaign c*m Secretary of State appeasement appointment, Hillary Clinton was ready to wash her hands of the Bill Clinton experience and get divorced.
The story goes that the then Mrs. Clinton (now Secretary Clinton), had a New York lawyer draw up the papers but decided against filing them. The papers supposedly accuse … Read More
The Secretary of State opens up about her love with her husband.
Many things might have changed in Hilary Clinton’s life but one thing has remained constant for the new US Secretary of State: her love for her husband, former President Bill Clinton. Hilary recently opened up about her personal life on a Turkish talk show and when she was asked when she "last" fell in love, Clinton answered, "It was so long ago, with my husband," adding that she first met the former President in the spring of 1971 when the two attended law school. She went on to add, "We have been talking to each other and enjoying Read More

Chris Evert and Greg Norman are set to wed on Saturday.
Greg Norman, golf's Great White Shark, is set to marry US tennis great Chris Evert on Saturday. The wedding is going to be a pricey, showy affair and the guest list reads like a who's who of tennis, golf, and entertainment. Two dicey invites are Evert's ex-fiance Jimmy Connors and her arch-rival Martina Navratilova. The Sunday Telegraph mentions that the wedding is in the Bahamas and that Norman's ex-wife, Laura Andrassy, will certainly not be attending and is in no way bitter. Chevy Chase is slated to attend ("Be the ball, Greggy.") As are … Read More

In a Vanity Fair article a Gershon-Clinton hookup is alleged.
Whaaaa? Showgirl and Slick Willy? Not so fast. You know how the last 8 years have really made us forget about some of the skeevier parts of the Clinton Administration? You know how working with Bush Senior on tsunami relief effort caused us to un-remember Bill Clinton's general smugness and really focus on Ken Starr's 'gross misuse of funds'? And then Democratic nomination started bringing it all back? We're starting to remember that we used to think that Hillary may be a little frosty and that their machinations could cripple their party for some years. It's all flooding back. … Read More
