The expectant mama was joined by family and friends to celebrate her arriving baby on Saturday, May 12. The backyard luncheon was hosted in L.A. at the Kardashian house, and was put together by Kourtney's famous sisters, Kim and Khloe, and mom Kris Jenner, sources told People.

I expected them to just be trying to trick us into believing that after almost a year of sobriety, he actually fell off the wagon. But fall he did.
