Body Language; What does it mean when she sits between his legs?

A few weeks ago I was out and ran into some friends and met Adam.
I'm 48, Adam is 57. After we were introduced I went back to the table where I had been sitting. Adam went and sat at the bar. I asked my friends if he was alone. They said he was, so I told Doug to ask him if he'd like to sit with us.
Adam came right over and sat next to me. We were seated in backless bar stools.
Facing him I couldn't see everyone dancing. So I asked if it would be ok if I turned around. It was. So, I got up and he pulled my bar stool close to him. I sat down with his legs spread around my chair.
We met again the next week at a different club. Some of our friends and my Mom was there.
Again he arranged our chairs so that I was sitting between his legs again.
So I'm wondering... What does this sitting position mean?

I want to figure out where my relationship is going.

How can I get my boyfriend to be more comfortable about telling me something personal?

Whenever I'm with him, he won't let me do anything below the belt whether with or without clothes. When I asked him about it he said that he'd rather not talk about it because it was personal. It's obvious that he doesn't feel comfortable with me even though we've been going out for about a year. What can I do to make more comfortable?

I am over 30 and a single mother. I have never been married and want to be. It seems that all the men i date are never really who I want.
They have either been to prison,rehab,or divorced two or three times. I dont want thoes kinds of men in my life because I have children. I have been dating somebody who has great qualities except he is younger than me and had a really bad relationship and because of that never wants to get married but he doesnt want me to leave either. What do I do now? I dont want to spend the rest of my life just being somebodys girlfriend.

It really bugs me that my boyfriend wants to be friends with a girl who he told me was the hotest girl and had dreams about cheating on me with her. i dont know if im being unreasonable or if he just doesnt care for my feelings and wants it his way.

right now im in a long distance relationship and my boyriend and i hardly see each other..but my ex lives right around the corner...this is the same ex that i was madly in love with and then broke my heart...but everytime he comes back for a break from college i end up at his house either watching a movie or playing video games; like we're the bestest friends, then we end up having sex...yess i still love my ex...but im not in love with him...i like his company and im used to his company, and it's vice versa...it's like i dnt want him to be completly out my life...can i still hang out with him and not have sex?

I'm about to go on a date with my ex, he broke up with me 6 weeks ago and now is contemplating giving us another shot. We lived together for years and all my stuff is still at the house but I've moved back with my parents (only 20 mins away) We're meeting for dinner in a couple of hours and I'm nervous. How do I act and what do I do? I want him back so badly. The other point is he's not from around here and he's been talking about moving away. Advice needed desperately

It seems like we are always dealing with emotional upset in our relationship behind something that has been said or done or not said or done. I feel like the only time that I please him is when we are having sex. He says he doesn't want to give up on us and neither do I. I often feel like this relationship is emotionally draining and is a lot of work. I don't understand why or what to do about it. I don't want to lose him and at the same time I always feel like I am on eggshells when we are together abd I don't want that either.

We Love Each Other.
We're together for three months now.
It's long distance.
We have daily contact - waking with a message - sleeping with a message.
We also speak regularly on Skype.
We live 10 hours (by car) apart.
We're both in college and will graduate the same year.
We've both been talking about marriage a lot lately, and it doesn't really *scare* us - so to speak.
We feel happy and comfortable to spend our time together.
He even resembles my Dad a bit.
He will be visiting my town in June.
It will be our first time meeting in person.
One day will have him meeting my parents for supper.

We were both interested in eachother but it didnt work out so we became friends. One night we hung out and he talked about how he liked being my friend and wouldnt hang out with me so often if he didnt. Before he left he gave me a tight hug and started to kiss me. Right before that i told him we were just friends. Basically he text me after and told me that he hope that didnt make things awkward between us and that he likes being my friend more and more but he likes kissing me too. He told me he kissed me to release the tensions between us and he told my friend he kissed me out of frustration but who knows. But when i asked if it meant anything and he responded that he would have meant something if it happened a month ago. Does this guy still have interest or what? Thanks in advance.
