How do I lose weight after 50???
Hi, I'm 50 years old and just starting perimenapausal. I have noticed over the past 6 months I am starting to gain weight. Is this normal? I know I shouldn't worry about my weight as I am 5'4 and weigh app. 115 lbs. I use to weigh 108. But my clothes are starting to fit a little tighter and I don't have money to go out and replace them all. I eat very healthy for the most part. I am a vegetarian only eat fish and eggs. I'm not a large eater I do not eat breakfast which I know I should but it bothers my stomach to eat in the morning. For lunch, I usually have a salad (very little dressing as I do not care for it) yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit and then my dinner. Which I make by scratch very rarely have pre made food. I exercise at the gym at least 5 times a week and walk our 2 dogs almost daily. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I just would rather try and lose a few pounds then a lot.
