Are we heading in a good direction?
We Love Each Other.
We're together for three months now.
It's long distance.
We have daily contact - waking with a message - sleeping with a message.
We also speak regularly on Skype.
We live 10 hours (by car) apart.
We're both in college and will graduate the same year.
We've both been talking about marriage a lot lately, and it doesn't really *scare* us - so to speak.
We feel happy and comfortable to spend our time together.
He even resembles my Dad a bit.
He will be visiting my town in June.
It will be our first time meeting in person.
One day will have him meeting my parents for supper.

Sounds good so far ... you will know more as you and your folks meet him and spend time together. Should it be ok, then you'll want to meet his family and spend time with them too. This is where you might want to be making observations. Watch how he treats his mother; how does his father treat his mother? What are the family dynamics. If it looks/sounds good, continue to proceed. If it doesn't, you can gently back up and communicate with him your observations. How he'd react to that will be telling also. With all your observation, you could then decide if it was meant to be or not ...
Wanting the best for you,
Elizabeth Marie
