Were friends and talk all the time. He wants to be more than just friends and so do i . Him and his girlfriend are on a break but still togather all the time. I see him all the time at school but can never go talk to him cause his girlfriend wont let him. I'm so confused on what i should do. Should i wait and see if they break up, or what?

Wait for them to break up. If he has a girlfriend consider him off limits even if he told you they were "on a break." And honestly, the "we're on a break" line is total bologna. Being on a break doesn't mean that he gets to cheat on his girlfriend which is exactly what he is trying to do. He's lying to you. He has no intention of breaking up with her, he just wants to use you and date you both at the same time. Clearly they aren't on a break if they are together all the time. This guy is a liar and you should stay away from him.
