I am 38 and have been with someone for 11 years he left me telling me I need to figure out by body and what make me tik. Because he has left over sex. I have never had a orgasam with anyone. And I need help to figure out my body first. And not be shy about that or having sex

Reach your hand down there and start finding out what feels good. Find your clitoris and your g-spot (there are books that give you maps) and start experimenting. Also, I'd find some toys and start using those. Have fun!
