I started a new job and met my lead, and my supervisor of the area that I am currently working in. This information is about the lead of my department. When i first saw here she looked at me with pleasing looks, which I felt, okay, normal. I overheard that she was ukranian I think. When i tried to give a look to her that she was nice, it was like, get away, its your fault this happened! I am thinking to myself this is odd and new. Yet as the days go on and the weeks if I talk to a female coworker she is right there with her presence as if to intrude or monitor conversation, and this is at anytime she sees it. But for me do not show any signs I like her keep my distance. She is really nice to all and very helpful but this is restrictive for me but I had already decided not to look for anyone in the work place as a date. My supervisor is black and I am black also and I can go up to her and talk almost like she is a good friend. One day the lead saw us and she acted like she wanted me to talk to her like I talk to my supervisor. I am a person that want to find out they why of things and mosttimes will diligently try to find out. So ihave been thinking within the past couple of days to just as questions about what nationality she is, to know for myself exactly, and kind of hit and miss with questions over a moderately shor periods of time just to find out why she is doing this. Again I percieve she is saying don't like no one else and yet stay away from her. Maybe because she is lead for one.
