I said I love you, and he didnt say it back.
Well technically he said it first back in Feb, we broke up about a month later and I found out that saying it really freaked him out. We ended up getting back together and have been doing great ever since. I was feeling the love and I told him and he didn't say it back. Now what? I feel like never ever saying it again until he does. And I'm regretting saying it for sure.

If telling you he loved you "really freaked him out" in February, it's likely that it still really freaks him out now- especially as you two have broken up before for whatever reason, so he may not be feeling very secure. Whatever the reason for him not saying it back, the only way to find out how he feels is to ask- so go ahead and do that if you're desperate to know. If it's not essential, however, I'd suggest enjoying your relationship and letting the "I love you"s come when they come.
