You didn't give a lot of information but it seems that you like this person you speak of. If you both like each other, if you feel comfortable with this person then I'd say go out on a date together. Be safe on the date, make sure you take the necessary measures to be safe just as if you went on a blind date with someone you never knew in your life. Other then that, go out to the movie with him. Better yet, go out to lunch or meet for coffee. That will give you both time to talk and get to know each other rather then just sitting and not talking in a movie.
