Personally speaking, no that would not mean I like a woman. Some guy's might play a strange game of "I treat you mean, therefore I really like you" however it would only show that the guy is afraid to show you his real self.

I would avoid anyone who is mean to you, it only means that you will question even more of the persons true intentions later on.
