If you're meeting people online (dating sites), then it is pretty much understood that you have options. I met my fiancee online, and when we started communicating, we found that we liked each other. We both mutually agreed to see each other exclusively. That came after in person dtaes, phone conversations, and emails. It sure didn't happen overnight.

Leave the guy alone. He seems like he's about playing games. You seem to want more than what he's either willing or able to give you. There is someone out there for you. Take your time with it.

Mightymouse, I think you are right to move on from this guy and draw some strict boundaries on communication. It may not always feel right, but you are doing the right thing for yourself and your heart.

I haven't dated for a while, so I can't be specific on how to jump back into the dating world. I do want to say though, I imagine that you know how to to it. If you were your friend, what would you say to yourself? I find that the encouraging things we think and believe for others we have a hard time thinking and believing for ourselves. Advocate for yourself, cheer yourself on, men love a lady with confidence.
