Too short to date?
I have a friend, he's about 28 years old and thinks he is too short. He is about 5-4 and has a smaller, but in shape frame. He is good looking, blonde hair, brown eyes. I have tried to set him up several times with friends of mine, but it just never works out. He is contstatntly telling everybody that he is too small and complains that he can never get a date because women want bigger men. He was in a relationship about a yer ago, and it ended badly, with her coming down so hard on him, it broke his confidece. I want him to be happy. He is a very successful Engineer that owns his own house. Its just everytime he gets close to a women he starts telling them all of the bad stories of his life and how he is too short. Its sad to see him so lonely.
I am a friend that met him in our co-ed softball league.

no one is too short to date. My beau is only 5' 2", and that is plenty tall for me! I have also seen a fair number of very short guys with hot girlfriends, who don't seem to be crazy rich, either. I will say, however, that if I went on a date with a short guy and he just kept talking about how much it sucks to be short, that would be a major turnoff. Short can be hot, but short (or tall) with a weird complex about it is not hot.
I find that people tend to blame their singleness on a variety of things (too short, too fat, too poor, too bald, etc.), but the fact is, even if you are pretty it's not like you can just get a date at the drop of a hat; finding a partner is hard for most people.
