If your only connection is texting, it's not a relationship. It's a flirtation. And you can only maintain a flirtation for so long before you either have to leave it or move it to the next level.

the thing with texting that i like, that he might honestly like, is that when the point comes that you would rather just be enjoying friends or working on something its not a big deal not to answer. but if you and him are in a long distance sort of phase right now and most of your contact is almost required to be through the phone, call him at least once a day, no more then really three times a day. my boyfriend doesnt like talking on the phone and texts me alot, but i hate texting and dont honestly like phones so i hate talking on them. i talk to him when he calls and he answers everytime i call, but i dont always text him. and he complains about this, he thinks i should be down to text up a freakin storm, but i just let him know straight up that im not a little fourteen year old girl in high school and that im over texting all the damn time. if he really wanted to talk to me, he would talk to me. if its just through phone texting, there really isn't any maintence. for all he knows your out with a different guy everynight. i didnt mean that in a litteral sense. and if all he wants is texting then he might not be ready for an actual serious relaitonship. and you can either wait him out, or you can move on to somebody more like you.

Theres no point, if you cant be with that person/ see that person a couple times a week or whatever then you shouldnt! You'll Find Out Soon That Texting Relationships Dont Really Work Out!
