We just reunited after 23 yrs, now we are in a LDR, how do you make it work?

LDR's only work when there is trust and a certain level of committment. You both need to sit down together (face to face, when you can) and work out expectations. Do you expect him to call every night? Or just every other day if he emails?

When my now DH and I started our LDR, we both gave it a trial run for three months. We said we'd give it a shot for that time and then at the end get back together and figure out how it was going. Obviously it went well, we are married now. But it only worked because we communicated fears and expectations and trusted one another.
