He is available but won't get committed.
He is young, fun and lively. A bit obsessed with self, I think. He says he likes me a lot & does care for me, he is sweet, charming, honest, dedicated, passionate (about life, work & relationship), very understanding. He is everything I have dream of. But he won't get committed. He says ours is the most genuine & purest relationships. And he loves him staying single and us to stay on like this forever. Where am I? What about me? What should I do now?

You seriously need to move on from this guy. He sounds like a user. I reccommend you watch the film He's Just Not That Into You, and pay attention to the relationship that Scarlett Johannsen has with the real estate guy. In this instance, you're the real estate guy. Move on.
in my experience the only way to 'get somebody to commit' is by letting go, and wanting for them the same as they want for themselves.
remember that you are a fabulous person and deserve to be happy with somebody that wants to walk the same path as you, somebody that nourishes you and loves you.
