What is it with American women and Jealousy?
I was talking wih a female friend (we used to live together) and when I mentioned living in Asia she freaked and came back with you have not seen all of the US. Well i have not and for the most part don't care to. I love the energy of cities! And yes i prefer a place where there are lots of beautiful women! (consider 66% of the Us population is over weight or obese)
But why this almost hostility?

Yikes. You sound like the one with the hostility. Nothing like making unfair generalizations. If I were her I'd get a little huffy too and it has nothing to do with jealousy or national pride, just because you are being combative.
Aren't you being a LIL superficial?! Sounds like there's some hostility between you & our country?! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! There are some women who may be "attractive" on the outside, but the inside does not match the outside. No matter how you disguise an elephant behind a tree, you still can't help but see an elephant behind a tree! Nor will beauty on the outside make someone more attractive if the inside is rotten! If you like women who have no substance, then the women in The States say Bon Voyage! Don't trip over the Statue of Liberty on the way out! And of course you hold YOURSELF up to such high standards also?! There's a fine line between Pride & Arrogance!
Well, if you told her you prefer living in another country because American women aren't as attractive, it's natural for her to get irritated. Just national pride.
