I don't think this is always true. But if they are moving on faster than you, maybe you should rethink how you handle a break up. Sitting around the house and moping is only good for about a week. Get up. Move on. And stop wishing for things you can't have i.e. HIM.
Because they are jerks...and it helps them be able to go out and have sex with someone new completely guilt free.
