Why do men have phone sex with strangers?
I have heard my partner of 1 year having phone sex with a total stranger. I am considered a Nymph and I am always willing and able but he has a few issues so I get it as often as I like, so I don't understand why he does that. It doesn't bother me because I would rather he do that then be with another woman. Do I just let it go?

Men have sex (any sex) because they can. If it is possible to have sex with no strings attached, a man will have sex. I think it is our nature. People (all people - including you) like to feel wanted, needed, and attractive. There is no secret to this. To change this behavior in a significant other, you have to say something. Let him know that you do not like this and tell him how it makes you feel.
