How Can We Be More Than Friends?
Recently, i've been crushing on a guy. He makes me really happy everytime i see him and everytime he hugs me its like the world stopped. i like him so much. one day i went to hug him and he said no. it really hurt me like i was being rejected, so we end up not talking to each other for more than a week, he acted if we were total strangers to one another.. Recently he started to talk to me again, and he hugged me and i asked him i can hug you now? and he was confused. he blamed it on his friend. i dont know, this got me really confused. just when i think things are ok between us he stops hugging me back. he acts if im a total stranger again.

He sounds weird i do not think a relationship would be best.
This guy sounds a little finicky and flaky. For no reason he just didn't hug you and stopped talking to you?I would think long and hard before pursuing anything with this guy. Already he's being temperamental, it will only get worse if you start a relationship.
I think that you need to tell him how you feel about him and that you potentially want a relationship with him. Find out how he feels about you and if he wants more with you. Maybe he just sees you as a friend and can tell how you feel and doesn't want to feel like he is rejecting you. You never know until you ask.
