Friends asked me for a man only vacation... should I go or she is going to be pissed for the rest of my life ?

Talk to your wife and see what she feels about it. Maybe she'll be fine about it.
I think it's important to spend time with your friends (Like girl time or guy time) and I definitely think you should go. If she isn't comfortable with it, I'd definitely suggest talking to her about it because chances are there's an underlying reason / insecurity why she wouldn't want you to go. I definitely think having time to spend with friends without your partner promotes a less stressful and more trusting relationship.
I guess ultimately it would be your decision to make. But before you decide, you should find out what your wifes issues are about it and if they are valid issues. You can't undo something, maybe try to fix it later, but you can't take it back. Would you want her to go and do something that you had reservations about? I have learned that even if my man does something that I dont want him to do, when we talk about it first and I feel like he is really listening to me and how I feel about it, it doesn't become a problem later.
