What should I get my wife for mother's day?
I don't want my wife to feel like too much of a "mom". Any suggestions?

Okay, this is way too late, but for the future -
my first choice with a baby would have been time off, all by myself!!! Plus meals cooked and cleaning done and some time with my sweetie.
with older kids, what you really want is something from them. It's nice to feel like a mother and get the reminders of how they love you.
I think you should first of all make her breakfast in bed to start her day with some flowers. Then I would either yourself or hire someone to clean the house and when that is done i would decorate it up really nice. Pick out a theme and go for it. Have a babysitter lined up and make her a nice romantic dinner with wine etc. Make it just the two of you and just enjoy each other its hard to do that when you have children. We tend to lose touch with each other. Then after dinner you take it from there........................
Make it personal. What is something she loves? It could be something for her to do by herself, like a spa day. It could be something for you two to do together alone, find a sitter and cater her for the day and have a romantic evening going somewhere nice or to a place she likes to go or just for a walk in the park somewhere. It could be something as a family, all of you do different things she likes. And of course, a gift or two wouldn't hurt.
either make her a princess for a day (clean the house, make food for her, massage her ect) or take her out somewhere nice :D
2 months worth of house cleaning from a professional service!
