why didn't he call back?
I had drinks with someone I met at a bar. It was under the pretense of work, but there was kissing at the bar (surprisingly) and a full make out session on street outside. I sent a note back telling him what a good time I had and I never heard from him again. It's been over a week, so I'm sure he's not calling back but I'm wondering what I did wrong? I asked him questions, I offered to pay, I was flirty without being slutty. Why didn't he call back?

Whatever you do - DON'T OBSESS ABOUT THIS. If he didn't call or email you then just move on to the next guy. There could be a million reasons for him not calling back and you don't want to miss out on the next cute guy because you were thinking about this loser.
Have you been keeping up with YourTango at all? There are about a million articles related to your question posted right now! Lol. You must be totally bummed to miss them. Anyway, there could be a million reasons why he didn't call but you'll never know unless you ask him, or have someone else ask him for you.
It sounds like your setting was pretty casual so perhaps he thought the hookup was casual as well?
