Making it work with kids
We both work. We're tired and when were not shuttling the kids around, talking about the kids or fighting about the kids, we're sleeping. How do other couples make it work with kids?

First train the kiddies that there is grown-up time and they are not to interfere unless the house is on fire. Give them lots of chores to help with the house work. or better still send them to boarding school in Switzerland where they can get a international education and a scholarship to Harvard!!
Spend time together to connect whenever you can - talk over dinner or watch something after the kids are in bed. Trade babysitting with someone so that you can go out or just go on a walk together. Maybe you can meet for lunch or take off from work early. Even if you are too tired to have sex, you can feel romantic and intimate.
If your kids are really young, the good news is it gets better. In the meantime, I have found that my generation doesn't seem to believe we adults have the right to sleep. You have to feed the babies, but you have to figure out a way for you to get sleep, too.
