Make him talk.
I love my husband. Love him. But sometimes, I feel like talking to him is like wringing blood from a stone. I feel like I've tried every communication tool in the book. But I really just want to hear from him. I'm tired of doing all the talking.

I think you need to join the club - men just do not talk the way most women want. Let me ask you this. What do you want from your husband that you do not get? Focus on specific things you want him to do or say and ask him specific questions or give him specific tasks you wish for him to accomplish. It is hard for us to read minds. It is impossible when emotions (of the person we love the most) play a role. Ask for what you want and be specific! Do no make him guess and do not expect him to know - we (I) don't (didn't).
