Ok so we're not excusing Mel Gibson's abusive and disturbing tirades, which went public this month when audiotapes of the star threatening his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva were leaked. But it doesn't look like Oksana, who accused Gibson of domestic violence, is exactly innocent either.
For anyone who thought this story couldn't get worse, you were wrong...Apparently, after Mel punched Oksana twice in the head, she fell to the bed and he began choking her with his forearm—while she was holding their baby daughter Lucia. After Oksana got loose from Mel's grasp, he allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened to kill her, the children (Lucia and Oksana's 12-year-old son Sascha, who was in another room) and himself.
Our apologies to all of the Mel Gibson haters out there, but, despite the rumors, the disgraced actor is neither dead nor moving back to Australia with his ex-wife. According to his rep via Us Magazine, Mel is alive and well and is currently back at work, filming a movie entitled The Beaver, with director Jodie Foster, who is likely regretting the choice of casting. (How nervous do you think she is that the film will be a bomb, simply because people now hate Mel?)

This comes in tandem with the release of a fifth audio tape to RadarOnline.com, in which the Braveheart star COMPLETELY LOSES IT to the point of hyperventilation. "B*tch, c*nt, whore, gold digger," he yells at Oksana before breaking into a crazed, snarling gasping rant.
More audio clips of Mel Gibson screaming abuse at his eighth child's mother, Oksana Grigorieva, surfaced this week, and we have had it up to here with gross racist screamy Mel. Seriously. He's ruining large swathes of film history for us as well as offering an object lesson in just what Hollywood will put up with (say, racist, misogynistic wife-beaters) as long as the films make money.
Talk about a lethal weapon—Oksana Grigorieva's tape recorder is slowly murdering Mel Gibson's career. And we can't say that he doesn't deserve everything that's coming to him. It seems that Oksana has audio proof to back up her claims (and photographic evidence) that Mel was physically abusive.
